Aufwärtstrend bei Baugenehmigungen

Im August 2025 wurde in Deutschland der Bau von 19.300 Wohnungen genehmigt. Wie das Statistische Bundesamt (Destatis) mitteilt, waren das 5,7 Prozent oder 1.000 Baugenehmigungen mehr als im August 2024.
